🤔 What is the RRSF Module?
Reading Readiness—Structured Foundations (RRFS) is a short, focused course that prepares children for learning to read in English. It gives young learners the building blocks they need before they begin formal reading, such as awareness of letter sounds, familiarity with letter shapes, phonics blending skills and vocabulary knowledge.
Through fun and structured activities, children begin to recognise sounds used in the English language, connect those sounds with letters, and feel more confident using English in a learning environment. This helps make the next step into phonics and reading easier, smoother and less overwhelming.This module:
is recommended for level 0 and level 1 students
consists of 9 private lessons
is integrated into the main curriculum pathway
uses lessons from your purchased subscription
can be taught by any teacher of your choice
