Typically there can be 2 common issues while entering a lesson
1. Camera and Microphone Blocked 📹 🔇
If you receive the following warning message stating that you can't enter the classroom due to blocked camera and/or microphone, follow the steps below ⬇️
🌐 Use Google Chrome
🛑 Close all other apps and programs.
☑️ Refresh the page or Restart the App.
🔒 Check Browser Permissions
Press the lock icon in the address box
Refresh the page
⚙️ Check Your Camera And Microphone Settings.
Turn on your camera and microphone access for desktop apps (at the end of the section)

🦠 Temporarily Turn Off Antivirus
2. Enter Classroom Button Not Active 🚪🔒
If the "Enter Classroom" button is not visible:
⏳ Timing. The button will only appear 5 minutes before the lesson starts.
🔄 Refresh the Page. Refreshing can sometimes activate the button.
⏰ Check Timezone. Check the Timezone settings in your account, and make sure it matches your device's timezone.
🌐 Browser/App Update.
Use Google Chrome or ensure your Novakid app is up to date.
For iPad and iPhone users, use Safari only.

Go to your schedule
Click on the "Join Lesson" button
