Starting September 1st and no later than September 30th, you can claim your Summer Challenge rewards directly through your parent account. 👍
This article will help you to understand how you can claim your rewards and use your discount.
🏆 Claiming Your Reward
Step 1: Log in to your parent account;
Step 2: Click on the "Get my reward" button within the Summer Challenge section;
Step 3: Choose ether free lessons or payment discount prize;
Step 4: A confirmation window will appear, confirming that your reward has been successfully claimed. The promo code will be automatically applied to your account, free lessons will give you opportunity to schedule additional classes.
✍️ Using Free Lessons
Once Summer Challenge is completed, if you chose free lessons as your prize, do not forget to use them in your current subscription period🧐
After you claimed lessons, just book additional classes to your child schedule to utilise them fully!
🤩 Using Your Discount
Once Summer Challenge is completed and you claimed your discount reward, it will automatically be applied once to the next subscription you purchase.
You can view this discount in your subscription management section and on the Summer Challenge page.
❗Important Details
The exact discount amount will be displayed at the payment window.
The discount is valid for the duration of your current subscription plus an additional week, but do not forget to redeem it before September 30th.
The discount can be applied for any plan.
Remember, the reward can only be claimed once per parent.
